Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with the shoes or accessories you purchased from us, we will work with you to either exchange or return your item and refund the purchase price. To complete your return or exchange, we require the following:

  • Proof of purchase from within the last 30 days
  • The shoes purchased must be in new and unused condition

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
